2024-2025 Family Office Compensation Report – Europe and the UK
This report presents survey findings along with trends impacting compensation in family offices in Europe and the UK. The report builds on our inaugural Europe and UK compensation survey, Family Office Compensation Survey: 2022-2023 Survey Report for Europe and the UK, conducted in collaboration with The Somers Partnership and published in March 2023.
This Family Office Compensation Report for Europe and the UK includes 21 key positions. These are roles typically found within family offices, whose compensation is likely to differ from market levels in general industry. The online survey was conducted in the second half of 2024. Family offices were invited to participate, with nearly all participants providing data on multiple incumbents.
